Using our Job management software Synergy, all our staff are able to understand where every job is and can answer questions confidentially allowing us to provide a high level of customer service to our clients.
The targets set out within the first intuition meeting are reassessed during the project programme. All stages of design and deliverables prepared by the engineers are ‘4-eyes’ checked by their respective manager. And cross-referenced against the relevant stage deliverables schedule approved at the outset by the client. Each deliverable item, i.e. drawings and stage reports due to be issued to the client are fully reviewed, certified and approved for issue.
